Terms & cancellation

Room prices are per room per night, including breakfast and VAT. The tourist tax is added on top.

Your booking

You book your stay online and pay the €30 deposit straight away through Mollie. That confirms your stay; you receive a confirmation by email. If online payment is unavailable, you request your stay and we confirm it personally.

The price

Room prices are per room per night, including breakfast and VAT, excluding tourist tax. Meals and extras include VAT. The tourist tax (€3.89 per person per night in 2026) is added on top and appears as a separate line in your overview.

Payment

When you book, you pay a deposit of €30. You pay the remaining balance on arrival.

Online payments are handled by Mollie. To process your payment, we share the details this requires with Mollie.

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival. You then get your deposit of €30 back. Arriving on a Friday? Then you can cancel free of charge up to and including Tuesday. Within 3 days of arrival you can no longer cancel online; please get in touch with us. You pay nothing more and we keep the €30, even if you do not arrive.

Would you rather come on another date? Let us know and we will move your stay if there is room.

Because you are booking a stay for fixed dates, there is no statutory 14-day cooling-off period. Cancellations follow the rules above. If you booked before 25 October 2026, the cancellation rule of the terms you booked under applies.

Arrival and departure

You can arrive on Friday or Saturday, from 3 pm. You leave on Sunday at the latest, before 12 noon; Monday is possible by arrangement. Please let us know in advance what time you expect to arrive.

If you have not arrived by 6 pm on your arrival day and have not let us know, your booking counts as a no-show.

Guests

Online you can book both rooms for up to two guests. The Red Room can take a third guest by arrangement: just get in touch with Bianka.

Celebrations and house rules

Celebrating something is always possible by arrangement, in both rooms.

Would you like to surprise someone? When you book, choose ‘Make it special’: flowers, bubbly & balloons or rose petals in the room when you arrive.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Meals and extras

You choose meals and extras when you book. You can change them up to 3 days before your arrival.

On arrival

On arrival we ask you to show valid proof of identity. This is required by law. We do not make a copy; we only note your name, your place of residence, the type of document and the dates of your stay.

Changes and finding your booking

If you make a mistake while booking, you can still change any step in the overview before you pay.

You receive your confirmation by email, with the cancellation rule of your booking and a link to these terms. The link in that email always takes you back to your booking.

You can book in Dutch and English.
